I met Damon through a notice he posted at an athletic club regarding vintage baseball cards.  I had a collection of 1960 and 1961 Topps cards from my childhood that I had kept over the years and thought of selling on an off.  I contacted Damon and he was very helpful in explaining the ins and outs of the current card market.  Something that I knew very little about short of talking to a couple of retail dealers and searching on line.  It is a very confusing market place and I thought Damon gave me excellent advice.  In the end I decided to part with the cards at what I feel was a good price for both of us.  The transaction went very smoothly and I hope he and his son find joy in something that brought me a lot of enjoyment when I was young.
